My name is Holly, aka VioletVision. I started this blog to share and document my dreams, synchronicities, and even some psychic events woven in between.
The name VioletVision actually came about when I was trying to come up with a new gamertag for an avengers game! I love Wanda and Vision, it was sort of a play on that. The “Violet” came about in spiritual terms. There’s what’s known as the “Seven Spiritual Gifts,” each of which are given a color. My gift is known as being a Violet. The reason I thought it especially fitting for my blog, was because I have ALWAYS experienced having purple spots in my vision when I get dizzy or move too fast sometimes. Growing up, I’d even described the color as looking more like the force fields of Violet from the Incredibles. The name VioletVision suddenly seemed to fit me in more ways than one.
I’d always wondered why specifically that color. Now I can’t help but wonder if it’s correlated with my gift somehow, who knows!

Why I Chose To Start This Blog
I thought it could be fun for others to read and explore these vivid dreams, visions, and synchronic moments with me. I’ve always been fascinated by these topics, and I know I’m not alone. Once I started diving deeper into myself and writing my experiences, I realized I had so much to tell and only a few to share with.
I want more people to know how REAL and incredible these moments can be. Everyone has intuition and can experience signs and symbols. Even the smallest occurrences could be meaningful, you just have to practice becoming more AWARE of them.
I hope all of this can spark creativity and inspiration in anyone who wonders about the subconscious mind and the metaphysical. I want to encourage others to share their own dreams and experiences. What do dreams mean for us? What are all these signs in life and in our minds pointing to? What are we learning and how does it all connect?
